Overview

PRT Campbell River is looking for seasonal Forest Nursery Workers to help with our upcoming tree seedling harvest. If you want a physical, fast-paced outdoor job that makes a positive environmental impact, this is for you. No experience is needed – we’ll provide full training.

Your Role & What You'll Do

You'll work as part of a supportive team, under the guidance of a Nursery Lead and Manager. Your main duties will involve:

• Lifting and moving tree seedlings outdoors.
• Learning about forest nursery activities.
• Working independently and efficiently.
• Committing to quality and safety in a safe work environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary information: 18.37 / HOUR + an additional $0.75 Health & Welfare per straight time hours for the training period, transitioning to piecework with greater earning potential.
