Overview

Position requires supervising and coordinating the work of staff who prepare and portion food in a fast-paced, on-site fast food environment. Responsible for meeting work schedules, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and ensuring quality of food and service.

  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare food order summaries for chef
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised
