Key Responsibilities
  1. Food Distribution Helper: clean and maintain food preparation equipment, assist with ordering, receiving, and distributing food products, manage inventory and storeroom security, support Point of Sales (POS) systems, and maintain storage areas. Report equipment issues and adhere to security and fire safety protocols.
  2. Cook's Helper: assist in meal preparation, distribution, and short-order cooking, ensure portion control and adherence to recipes. Manage procurement, inventory, and distribution of groceries while maintaining kitchen cleanliness and equipment. Provide on-the-job safety training, train offenders in food service operations, safety protocols and hygiene practices to enhance employability.
