Position: Permanent Full Time

Responsibilities

• Clears and busses tables;
• Resets tables with clean dishes, flatware and other items;
• Fills condiment containers and other supplies in serving areas;
• Performs other duties such as scraping and stacking dishes, and running errands;
• Takes customer orders;
• Maintains strong hygiene and cleanliness standards;
• Uses equipment to prepare beverages such as coffee, tea, and other beverages;
• Portions, assembles, and wraps food or places it directly on plates for service to patrons, and packages take-out food;
• May operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various products, such as food, catering, and supplies;
• Stocks refrigerators and salad bars and keeps records of the quantities of food used;
• Collects payments from customers;
• May assist with basic food preparation;
• Washes work tables, shelves, and appliances;
• Removes trash and cleans kitchen garbage containers;
• Ensures that washrooms are clean;
• Unpacks and stores supplies in refrigerators, cupboards, and other storage areas;
• Sweeps and mops floors, and performs other duties to assist cook and kitchen staff;
• Washes dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using a dishwasher or by hand;
