A global food solutions provider in London, Ontario seeks a Food Scientist to contribute to new product development and innovation. The role requires a degree in Food Science, significant experience in protein formulation, and the ability to collaborate across functions. This position is in our Food Enterprise where we are committed to serving food manufacturers, food service customers, and retailers with a complete range of innovative ingredients and branded products. Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.
The Food Scientist will provide technical expertise to new product development for product line growth and technology and process development for the creation of new capabilities. In this role, you will coordinate with other scientists to innovate new product development by identifying and implementing technical solutions to meet business goals.
