Salary: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour (negotiated)

Terms of Employment: Permanent, full time, shift variations (Morning, Day, Evening, Night, On call, Weekend). Starts as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units.
• Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs.
• Place dishes in storage area.
• Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
• Package take‑out food.
• Portion and wrap foods.
• Prepare, heat and finish simple food items.
• Serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
• Take customer orders.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment.
• Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas.
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.

Requirements

• Bondable.
• Own transportation.
• Fast‑paced environment; physically demanding.
• Standing for extended periods; ability to work under pressure.
• Capacity to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
