Black & McDonald is seeking a skilled and motivated Facilities Management & Operations (FMO) Supervisor to lead and support maintenance operations across military and other managed facilities. This role is ideal for a hands-on supervisor who brings strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and a commitment to safety and service excellence. The FMO Supervisor position will be based at the Vernon Military Cadet Camp client site located in Vernon, BC.
A key component of this role includes conducting preventive maintenance inspections on mechanical, electrical, heating, and other equipment, and completing minor plumbing and repairs within their scope of expertise. The Supervisor must consistently uphold Black & McDonald’s high safety and quality standards while ensuring the same from all staff and subcontractors. The expected salary range for this role is between $80,000-$90,000. The starting salary will be based on several factors such as the successful candidate’s qualifications, including but not limited to education and experience. Salary is one component of Black & McDonald’s total rewards package. Total rewards vary by position and may include additional offerings such as group insurance benefits, pension plan, annual performance bonus, career development programs, and other HR programs.
