The Couchiching Conservancy is a charitable land trust that protects nature for future generations. The Financial Manager ensures accurate, efficient, timely financial systems, operations, and reporting, aligning with best practices for Canadian charities while supporting the organization’s conservation mission. This role provides high‑level financial oversight—budgeting, analysis, internal controls, compliance—supporting the Executive Director, Board Treasurer, Investment Committee, and contracted accountant, and supervises or coordinates the work of the bookkeeper, supporting the annual audit.
