Reporting to the Manager of Finance, the Financial Analyst is responsible for monitoring actual results against budgets and recommending the appropriate corrective action with department managers. The Financial Analyst will also participate in the month-end process, reconcile various balance sheet accounts and contribute to various ministry reporting requirements. The Financial Analyst will be a team player, working collaboratively on‑site with others in an open‑concept working environment.
