Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in startup or high-growth environments.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and cash-basis accounting, financial reporting, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Accounts Receivable/Payable processes and reconciliations.
• Experience preparing reports for leadership or external stakeholders.
• High ownership mindset, ability to handle ambiguity, and adapt to fast-changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support audits, due diligence, and investor reporting while ensuring GAAP compliance.
• Maintain financial dashboards and perform variance analysis.
• Manage and improve AR/AP processes end-to-end.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for accurate financial closures.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management initiatives.
