Finance Manager – Motorsports Portage La Prairie

We’re looking for someone with strong finance and insurance expertise, a sprinkle of sales savvy, and the creativity to build customised solutions. What you’ll be doing:
  • Offer pricing menu to customers detailing their financing options and products.
  • Put forth maximum effort to get credit applications approved while ensuring 100% compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Be a motivated goal‑setter to achieve sales targets.
  • Follow industry trends to build upon your product knowledge and help customers.
  • Complete all wholesale and dealer trade bills of sale with accuracy.
  • Ensure that all finance deals are paid within three working days of submission to the lender.
  • Timely and accurate completion of all vehicle purchase paperwork including tax, title, and lien search/discharges.
  • Correctly register all new and CPO sales with the Manufacturer.
We’re looking for someone with a great attitude and the following qualifications:
  • Previous dealership, automotive or recreational sales experience in a Finance and Insurance position.
  • Experience with customer financing.
  • Track record of being detail‑oriented, highly organised and a creative deal maker.
  • Comfortable using computers and common programs – it’s important to us that we provide you with the tools to effectively perform at your best.
  • An outgoing and friendly personality, especially while handling objections and negotiating pricing.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about the recreational/motorsports industry.
