Description

Oversee all financial operations within the manufacturing division, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Lead and manage costing activities, including product, plant, and production costing.

Provide insightful financial analysis to senior management to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, leveraging proficiency with the SAP system.

Manage cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.

Ensure full compliance with all local and international financial regulations.

Profile / Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance or a full professional qualification (CPA, CMA, CA).
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a financial leadership role, with a strong background as a Finance Manager in the manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrable expertise in costing and advanced proficiency with SAP are essential.
• Exceptional analytical skills, business savvy, and a solid understanding of financial principles are also key.
• This role requires you to be fluent in English (written and spoken) and open to travel to various plant locations.
