Compensation

$51,800 - $84,420

Responsibilities

• Publish plant manufacturing metrics reports on a weekly basis
• Perform daily WIP counts, bin dips, salvage reconciliations and support accurate production entries
• Manage site purchasing process via SAP Ariba including PO writing, vendor change requests and goods receipts.
• Execute weekly Mill Close in Grainsmart
• Support annual ‘wall to wall’ inventory events
• Document adherence to and enforce financial governance and controls rules
• Manage site office contracts

Qualifications

• Demonstrated superior organizational and communication skills
• Aptitude to quickly analyze data, assess issues and risks and propose recommendations
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple shifting priorities
• Ability to interact effectively with key internal stakeholders (Shipping & Hourly employees, planning, accounts payable)
• Intermediate Excel knowledge
• Introductory accounting knowledgePost Secondary Education required
• Previous Supply Chain experience is an asset
• Prior SAP Ariba experience is an asset
