You will be entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring that all aspects of field operations run smoothly—from the initial site survey through to infrastructure deployment, warehouse assistance, ongoing maintenance activities, and quality assurance. Your day-to-day will involve close collaboration with contractors for installations; hands-on supervision of field staff; meticulous planning around preventive maintenance; conducting regular toolbox meetings; distributing work orders; performing quality checks; arranging resources; managing emergency responses; promoting health and safety best practices; maintaining accurate records; championing process improvements; fostering an inclusive team environment; supporting recruitment efforts; delivering training sessions; monitoring productivity targets; ensuring vehicles are maintained properly; submitting required paperwork promptly; upholding company policies; adapting flexibly to changing duties as needed—all while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront. To excel as Field Services Manager you will bring substantial experience overseeing teams engaged in field operations—ideally within sectors such as media, tech, FMCG, infrastructure deployment or facilities management—where your interpersonal skills have enabled you to build trust quickly among diverse groups. Your background should include exposure to warehouse logistics or site supervision coupled with familiarity around compliance frameworks governing health & safety protocols.
