The role involves supporting project management, ensuring compliance with specifications, managing materials and sub-trades, and assisting in the estimating process. The ideal candidate must have a post-secondary diploma in Engineering or Architectural Sciences, strong organizational skills, and some construction industry experience. A valid driver's license is required for out-of-town projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management and quality control of projects.
• Ensure compliance with contract specifications and establish work schedules.
• Manage materials, manpower and schedule sub-trade contractors for project completion.
• Assist in estimating process to ensure competitive pricing.
• Support onsite QA/QC activities and construction documentation.
