Compensation: Base pay + commission!

Responsibilities
  • Educate customers on the benefits and features of President’s Choice Financial products.
  • Assess customer needs to provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and promote brand advocacy.
  • Engage creatively with customers to communicate product advantages.
  • Establish lasting relationships with store staff and collaborate effectively.
  • Maintain customer confidentiality and manage sensitive information with care.
  • Generate excitement around the brand through expert knowledge and advocacy.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, particularly in retail or financial services.
  • Comfortable meeting sales targets and pursuing ambitious goals.
  • Friendly, personable, and skilled in customer acquisition and relationship-building.
  • Strong communication and active listening abilities.
  • High integrity and professionalism, especially with confidential information.
  • Willingness to undergo a criminal and credit background check.
  • Passion for ongoing learning and development through training and coaching.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle or a valid driver’s license is preferred.
