Overview

Techmation Electric & Controls is looking for a Field Facilities Operator for a project located in northern BC. Individuals must be knowledgeable about current OH&S legislation, and conversant with the industry standards and practices of today’s safety-focused Oil & Gas sector. This opportunity offers camp work north of Fort St John, BC. The current project offers a 14/14 shift.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of field facilities gas operations experience
  • Oil & Gas industry experience is required
  • Prior Compression, Dehy, Scada experience is required
  • 4th Class Power Engineering would be considered an asset
  • Must have current Standard First Aid (Level A or C with CPR/AED), Energy Safety Canada H2S Alive and CSO certificates
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work within a team environment are required
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to work alone and complete routine tasks
  • Preference will be given to applicants with Ltd company and truck
