Job description
Position Summary

This is your chance to design your rural medicine practice with a healthy mix of clinic (~3 days per week), ER and LTC at Boundary District Hospital in Grand Forks, BC. Join our supportive regional Med Staff, and practice alongside a small and dedicated multidisciplinary team, including a primary care Nurse and a Social Worker. This particularly financially rewarding practice opportunity (with a combined income potential of $500-$600k per year) will be located in the West Boundary region to better serve the local area population. This position qualifies for the Rural Locums for BC program, meaning that you have access to a healthy locum coverage pool. Generous rural recruitment and retention incentives available, in addition to $20-30k/year premiums from the Rural Emergency Enhancement Fund (REEF). Opportunity to teach UBC Kootenay Boundary Family Medicine Program residents. Thousands of dollars of training and CME are available through the RCME program and REAP.
