Location: 1 Old Lodge Rd, Jasper, AB T0E 1E0

Starting Rate of Pay: $19.54/hr CAD • Job type: Full-time

Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge is a premier year-round resort offering exceptional outdoor adventures for guests and colleagues, located in Jasper National Park.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, check-in and check-out guests
• Promptly and pleasantly handle phone calls and guest messages
• Efficiently handle all guest queries and requests
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
• Maintain company issued float and ensure accurate balance postings for each shift
• Ensure that the Front Desk is appropriately supplied and stocked at all times

Qualifications

• Related work experience in the hospitality/front office
• Customer service experience required
• Previous property manager experience
• Microsoft applications experience required
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
