We're looking for a dynamic, experienced Facilities Management and Operations (FMO) Project Manager to lead our Single Room Occupancy (SRO) Renewal Initiative contract. The FMO Project Manager reports directly to the Operations Manager and is located in Vancouver, BC.
This position oversees all contractual obligations under the Service Provider’s Agreement and serves as the primary representative of Black & McDonald for this initiative. Supported by the SRO project team, the Project Manager will plan, organize, direct, and evaluate all Facilities Management (FM) service schedules, budgets, billings, subcontractor agreements, and scope changes. This is a Public-Private Partnership (P3) Facilities Management contract that partners with BC Housing to provide facilities maintenance for a portfolio of SRO hotels located in the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver. Success in this role requires strong client relationship management, rigorous reporting, and an ability to manage a small operations team.
The expected salary range for this role is between $85,000-$100,000 per year. The starting salary will be based on several factors such as the successful candidate’s qualifications, including but not limited to education and experience. Salary is one component of Black & McDonald’s total rewards package.
