Job description

Facilitator Consultant

Our public sector client is seeking a Facilitator Consultant to join their team on a project basis in Edmonton, AB. This is a remote position, but you must be currently located in Edmonton, AB and can work from a private and secure location. You will be asked to commute to physical locations to facilitate the events. To be considered for this position, you will need experience in facilitating bilingual events and managing event logistics. Keep on reading to learn more.

About you
To be considered, you will need:

  • Proven experience in facilitating bilingual in-person events, including youth-focused sessions.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage logistics and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in analyzing participant feedback and creating actionable reports.
  • Knowledge of user testing methodologies and integrating feedback into event planning.
  • Ability to address accessibility needs and engage diverse participant groups.

About the role
