Duties

• Able to follow instructions per manufacturer specifications.
• Perform siding tasks as needed, including trimming, flashings, and finishing work.
• Utilize caulking techniques to seal joints and gaps in various structures.
• Assist with heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required on job sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Some travel may be involved.

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience in siding (2 years and up).
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Familiarity with carpentry techniques and practices is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the workday.
• Reliability, commitment to quality workmanship, and strong attention to detail.

Technical Skills
