List of Duties

• Execute menu items according to recipe specs and plating standards
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in your station and the kitchen
• Monitor and maintain stock levels; communicate shortages to management
• Assist in daily prep, cooking, and service for lunch and dinner shifts
• Work collaboratively with kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Uphold food safety, sanitation, and quality standards at all times
• Adapt quickly to changes during service and troubleshoot issues as needed
