Are you a compassionate, reliable, and experienced caregiver? Do you enjoy helping others and want to be part of a team that truly values the work you do? Home Instead is looking for dedicated care professionals to join our Victoria team and support seniors with kindness, dignity, and respect.

Morning availability is required for this position (7:00 AM - 2:00 PM).

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one support with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Use ceiling lifts and other equipment to ensure safe care.
• Offer companionship and cognitive support to clients living with dementia.
• Help create a warm, supportive, and engaging environment for our clients.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience providing personal care and working with individuals living with dementia.
• Familiarity with ceiling lifts or a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, professional attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Consistent morning availability (7am-2pm).
