Our private family client is seeking an Executive Wellness Director — a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) — to act as the “CEO” of the shareholder’s health. This is a rare and highly personalized opportunity for an adaptable, well‑rounded professional to take a central role in coordinating a dynamic, global approach to wellness. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of personal healthcare management — including attending appointments (with some travel), supporting the coordination of treatment plans, and ensuring alignment across a diverse team of providers in Canada, the , and India.

While deep expertise in every medical discipline isn’t expected, the ideal candidate is highly organized, curious, and committed to learning — with an interest in both Western and Eastern approaches to care.

Duties and Responsibilities
Healthcare Coordination
  • Schedule and manage all medical appointments, procedures, and follow‑up visits.
  • Organize and maintain comprehensive health records, including both current and historical documentation.
  • Oversee the timely administration of medications, supplements, and vitamins.
  • Ensure medical files are consistently updated and readily accessible.
Patient Advocacy
  • Accompany family members to medical appointments and offer in‑person support during consultations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the family and healthcare providers to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to care.
  • Advocate for the family’s health preferences, values, and needs during all interactions with medical professionals.
Health Monitoring
  • Track and document all aspects of family members’ health and wellness, including sleep patterns, nutrition, physical activity, medications, and both Western and Eastern medical treatments.
  • Identify emerging health concerns and take appropriate, timely action.
  • Provide health education and support to the family and their household team as needed.
Liaison & Communication
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers, specialists, pharmacists, and wellness professionals across North America and India.
  • Communicate regularly with the family’s personal assistants to align schedules and priorities.
  • Ensure seamless information sharing among all members of the care team, including doctors, personal chefs, trainers, and other professionals.
  • Maintain clear documentation and ensure all involved parties are informed of relevant health updates and treatment plans.
Transportation & Travel
  • Provide transportation to and from local medical appointments.
  • Travel as required to attend medical appointments across Canada, the United States, and India.
Education
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing.
Qualifications
  • Valid RCMP background check required.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Valid passport required for international travel.
  • Must be able to work in a vaccine‑mandated environment.
Experience
  • Years experience as an RN, ideally with exposure to private or family healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of chronic disease management, and total health management.
  • Strong knowledge of conventional and integrative Western and Eastern medical practices.
Skills
  • Skilled in managing complex schedules, health records, and multi‑provider care coordination.
  • Knowledgeable in both Western and Eastern medical practices.
  • Compassionate and focused on supporting and representing the family’s needs.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive health information.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with both medical teams and family members.
  • Proactive in identifying concerns and ensuring thorough follow‑up.
  • Calm, reliable, and responsive in urgent or high‑pressure situations.
Base Salary
  • Salary based on experience.

Work Hours

Hours per week. A flexible schedule is required. This is a full‑time role, primarily Monday to Friday, with a strong possibility of weekend hours and travel as needed.

Remote Work

This position is not remote and required to be on‑site.
