Executive Lounge Attendant (Full Time)

Summary of Responsibilities
- Welcome Executive Guests on arrival and assist throughout their stay, responding promptly and efficiently to enquiries and any concerns.
- Conduct daily inventory checks of food, beverages, cutlery, glassware, and other lounge amenities to ensure availability and readiness.
- Maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation in the lounge, creating an inviting, quiet, and exclusive atmosphere.
- Operate coffee machines, toasters, and other small appliances, performing basic troubleshooting and daily maintenance as needed.
- Stay well-informed about all hotel services, VIP requests, and special events to provide up-to-date information and support.
- Demonstrate knowledge of local attractions, landmarks, and external locations to assist Guests with recommendations.
- Exhibit a proactive and professional demeanor with a strong focus on hospitality and exceptional Guest service.
- Act as one team and share insights with Front Office for an exceptional experience.
- Comply fully with hotel security policies, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
- Carry out tasks as assigned by the Executive Lounge Manager or Coordinator with diligence and care.
- Contribute to the team’s success by performing duties in an environmentally conscious and sustainable manner.
- Apply previous Food & Beverage experience to support smooth and high-quality lounge operations.
- Proactively engage with Guests to deliver service that reflects Hilton’s unwavering commitment to excellence.
- Learn and remember individual Guest preferences to consistently create personalized and memorable experiences.
Qualifications
- Previous Guest Service or Food & Beverage experience in a hotel or leisure industry.
- Excellent personal presentation paired with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm, efficient, and organized under pressure.
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional Guest service at every opportunity.
- Flexible and committed to availability for early morning shifts starting at 6:00 am or late evening shifts ending at NNN pm.
- Previous experience in an Executive Lounge in a hotel environment (advantage).
- Multi-lingual with fluency in English (advantage).
- Smart Serve Certification (advantage).
- Food Handler Certification (advantage).
