Responsibilities
- Oversee all delivery operations, driving innovation, efficiency, and optimization
- Lead service delivery strategies for existing clients and enhance client retention
- Communicate service delivery strategies and create clear standards for Customer Success engagement
- Develop processes for efficient management of client incidents and implement service management procedures
- Measure and improve the capabilities of the delivery team through talent management and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Business Administration
- Extensive experience in coaching and mentoring multicultural operations and engineering teams
- Proven experience managing Global Delivery teams for Infrastructure support at scale
- Demonstrated experience in organizational change management with tangible outcomes
- In-depth knowledge of Infrastructure domain technologies, including Network, Security, and Cloud
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in implementing continual service improvement initiatives through automation and process enhancements
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships within complex organizational structures
- Strong project management experience with a focus on client-centric outcomes
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work under pressure
- Business and commercial acumen in technology services
