Responsibilities

• Oversee all delivery operations, driving innovation, efficiency, and optimization
• Lead service delivery strategies for existing clients and enhance client retention

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Business Administration
• Extensive experience in coaching and mentoring multicultural operations and engineering teams
• Proven experience managing Global Delivery teams for Infrastructure support at scale
• Demonstrated experience in organizational change management with tangible outcomes
• In-depth knowledge of Infrastructure domain technologies, including Network, Security, and Cloud

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in implementing continual service improvement initiatives through automation and process enhancements
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships within complex organizational structures
• Strong project management experience with a focus on client-centric outcomes
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work under pressure
