Overview

The North Peace Community Foundation is seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Director to lead the organization in advancing community philanthropy and supporting the long-term well-being of the BC Peace River and Northern Rockies region.

About the Role

Located in Fort St. John, BC and reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and growth of the Foundation. The role includes building strong donor and community relationships, developing and implementing financial and operational management, and guiding grant-making programs. The Executive Director also serves as a key spokesperson for the Foundation, sharing its mission and impact across the region.

Responsibilities
  • Provide overall leadership, management, and growth of the Foundation.
  • Build and sustain strong donor and community relationships.
  • Develop and implement financial and operational management practices.
  • Guide grant-making programs to support community impact.
  • Serve as a primary spokesperson for the Foundation, communicating its mission and impact across the region.
