The Executive Coordinator (EC) is directly accountable to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) and provides executive support through a highly integrated one‑on‑one working relationship. Acting as a trusted liaison, the EC facilitates effective communication, coordination, and alignment between the CEO, the Executive Team, internal teams, the Board, and external stakeholders. The role supports executive decision‑making by anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, and ensuring information, processes, and workflows are accurate, organized, and delivered in a timely manner. This position plays a critical role in enabling the efficient and effective operation of the Corporate Office and provides exposure to strategic initiatives and organizational priorities, while exercising sound judgment, discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism. The EC also provides oversight of Board secretariat services, including research, best‑practice evidence, frameworks, tools, and recommendations to support the CEO in guiding the Board on roles, responsibilities, evaluation and processes.
