POSITION OVERVIEW

We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious golf group to hire an Executive Chef for one of their well-known golf courses in Coquitlam. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, culinary expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences to members and guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee all culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop kitchen staff to ensure high-quality standards
  • Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control, and inventory
