A leading development research center is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the President. The role involves managing the President’s calendar, coordinating travel, and ensuring operational excellence. Under the direction of the Chief of Staff and Director of Corporate Affairs, as the Executive Assistant to the President, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of the President’s Office. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the President’s agenda and calendar. You will lead forward engagements, planning and the coordination of the President’s travel; and support presidential decision making and operational excellence in the President’s Office.
