About this opportunity:

This is a high‑impact Executive Assistant role supporting a dynamic CEO. You will act as a trusted partner, helping manage the client pipeline, coordinate outreach and follow‑ups, and prepare briefing materials for key meetings.

You’ll oversee calendar and travel logistics to prioritize high‑value business development activities, while tracking opportunities, deadlines, and deal flow to ensure seamless execution. The role also includes coordinating financial documentation with banks, brokerages, and legal counsel, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

Operating in a fast‑paced, high‑trust environment, you will handle sensitive information with discretion and serve as a professional liaison between the CEO, investors, partners, and internal teams. Based in Downtown Vancouver, this opportunity follows an in‑office work model.

About the individual:

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in a senior administrative, executive assistant, or office operations role within a professional, fast‑paced environment. They are highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with discretion and sound judgment.

They possess strong written and verbal communication skills and are highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience working with SharePoint, travel management platforms, expense reporting processes, and cross‑functional teams is considered a strong asset.

This individual is a self‑starter who takes ownership of their work, anticipates needs, and enjoys supporting leadership teams in a collaborative, purpose‑driven organization.

Compensation & Benefits:
