Executive Assistant – Scarborough, ON

💼 Salary: $80,000 – $90,000

Our client, a well-established company in a sector closely connected to construction and industrial services—is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide direct support to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support with proactive planning and effective follow-up.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule and reschedule internal and external meetings, and handle last-minute changes with professionalism.
  • Prioritize and manage executive communications, including email correspondence and meeting requests.
  • Prepare daily briefing documents, meeting materials, reports, presentations, and confidential correspondence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting.
  • Organize and support offsite events, including agenda preparation, logistics, and post-meeting documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality with tact, discretion, and professionalism at all times.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-up on key priorities.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams, ideally within the construction, industrial, or service-based sectors.
