  • Analyze incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions and reports
  • Prepare and co-ordinate the production and submission of summary briefs and reports
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings
  • Provide customer service
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
