We are looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to be a supportive force who empowers our senior leadership. If you have diverse skills and like being involved in many responsibilities, this is the job for you!
Reporting to the Executive Assistant Team Lead, the Executive Assistant is accountable for providing complex and confidential administrative support in a proactive manner to the Executive Team as a whole, and may be assigned to provide ongoing, day-to-day administration support of a specific member (or members) of the Executive.
In order to be considered for this role you must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
The successful candidate for this position will undergo an education verification, reference checks and criminal record check.
