A leading staffing agency is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant in Calgary for a temporary to permanent role. This position requires proactive organizational skills to support multiple executives, manage calendars, and prepare executive correspondence. Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $36.06 – $43.27 per hour
Kelly Services is partnering with a reputable organization in Calgary to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant for a temp-to-permanent opportunity . This role supports multiple members of the Executive Leadership Team and requires a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced.
Provide high-level administrative support to members of the Executive Leadership Team
Manage multiple Outlook calendars, meetings, travel, and executive events
Prepare and format executive correspondence, reports, and presentations (PowerPoint)
Maintain document filing systems and process expense reports and invoices
Support procurement, accounts payable, and basic accounting reporting
Track timesheets and project-related invoices
Assist with onboarding activities in coordination with HR and Payroll teams
Perform additional administrative duties as required
Minimum 3 years of experience supporting multiple executives
Strong attention to detail with a proactive, assertive approach to organizing and following up
Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple executive calendars
Advanced to expert proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
Superior interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
