Job description

Location: Calgary, AB

Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $36.06 – $43.27 per hour

Kelly Services is partnering with a reputable organization in Calgary to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant for a temp-to-permanent opportunity . This role supports multiple members of the Executive Leadership Team and requires a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to members of the Executive Leadership Team

  • Manage multiple Outlook calendars, meetings, travel, and executive events

  • Prepare and format executive correspondence, reports, and presentations (PowerPoint)

  • Maintain document filing systems and process expense reports and invoices

  • Support procurement, accounts payable, and basic accounting reporting

  • Track timesheets and project-related invoices

  • Assist with onboarding activities in coordination with HR and Payroll teams

  • Perform additional administrative duties as required

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting multiple executives

  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive, assertive approach to organizing and following up

  • Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple executive calendars

  • Advanced to expert proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
