Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills are an asset.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working in an Office environment.
  • A strong aptitude with MS Office products, namely Outlook and Excel.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, problem solving and ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Portfolio Manager & Wealth Advisor.
  • Complete administrative tasks to help the Investment Advisory team.
  • Call clients to schedule appointments and organize travel logistics.
  • Assist in booking and planning client and partner events.
  • Help manage incoming communications.
  • Provide daily updates to the Advisory Team.
  • Organize and attend team meetings.
