Responsibilities
  • Preparing the room and materials for exam sessions before students arrive.
  • Greeting candidates with a smile, guiding them through the steps to follow, and clearly explaining instructions.
  • Distributing and collecting all student documents.
  • Remaining on the lookout for problems encountered by students and reporting them to the contact person.
  • Completing proctoring reports in which any infraction (plagiarism, falsification) committed during exams must be reported to the designated person.
  • Disinfecting the space and equipment used for the health and safety of all.
  • Performing any other related tasks as necessary.
