Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of various events including conferences, workshops, and community programs.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, setup, breakdown, catering, transportation, and audiovisual requirements.
  • Support the marketing team in promoting events through social media, email campaigns, and other channels.
  • Manage RSVPs and attendee communications to ensure a seamless registration process.
  • Maintain and track event budgets, ensuring expenses are within limits and documenting receipts for review.

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events, ranging from corporate gatherings to community initiatives. The Events Assistant will work closely with our Events Manager and other team members to ensure that each event runs smoothly and meets our high standards of quality.
