Hyatt Regency Vancouver is seeking a talented, customer service oriented and dedicated Events Services Server to join our Banquet team.
Events Services Server is responsible for the entire set-up, serving and clearing of Banquet rooms, service the guest and provide excellent customer service. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight. This is a fast-paced position with continual customer contact. Other duties include general events preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment (Event service station setups, stock replenishment, equipment organization and cleaning).
Candidate must be available to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
Shifts could either be opening shifts (AM, MID or PM) which start at 5:00am and/or closing shifts until 2.00AM.
Starting wage for this position is $18.52 per hour, after 6 months wage is $21.60 per hour, after 1 year wage is $24.69 per hour.
