Overview

Cpl Healthcare is currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants for full time positions with a well-established nursing home in North Dublin. Our client is a well renowned Nursing Home Group. We can only recruit experienced candidates who hold an EU passport in line with the 50/50 rule.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
  • Support residents with mobility, meals, and hygiene
  • Monitor and report changes in residents’ health or behaviour
  • Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
  • Foster a warm, safe, and welcoming environment
  • Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • EU passport (essential for employment eligibility)
  • QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support (or equivalent) – modules in Care Skills and Care of the Older Person preferred
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or elderly care setting is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Genuine passion for caring for older people
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
