A leading financial services firm in Toronto is seeking a co-op student for their Advisor Service Centre. The role involves addressing client inquiries and providing exceptional service in both French and English. Candidates should be currently enrolled in a university program, possess strong communication skills, and have a customer service background. The incumbent of this role is required to support a team of client-facing professionals who provide service in the language of the clients’ choice (French or English).

As a student in the Advisor Service Centre, you will be responsible for addressing requests and questions from investment professionals (brokers/dealers), their administrative support partners and individual investors – with the aim of providing a seamless level of service.
You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement.
Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.
