ETL Developer

We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer to support the migration and development of enterprise data integrations. This role focuses on converting existing ETL jobs to Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) and building new integrations to deliver high-quality datasets within an Oracle/AWS environment.

What you’ll do

• Migrate ETL jobs from Informatica PowerCenter to IDMC
• Design and build new ETL integrations from systems such as Workday into Oracle
• Collaborate with data governance, analytics, and architecture teams to align data models and requirements
• Develop, test, and validate ETL workflows and data quality
• Document designs, data lineage, business rules, and changes
• Act as a subject-matter expert supporting business and reporting needs

What you bring

• 5+ years of hands-on ETL development experience using IDMC (PowerCenter experience is a strong asset)
• Strong expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, and Oracle databases
• Experience with Workday, AWS, and modern data integration technologies
• Understanding of APIs; Python or AI experience is an asset
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical and business teams
