As an Esthetician at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, you will be among the most skilled and trained skin therapists in the world, providing each client with exceptional service and results. You are an expert at resolving skin care concerns, and you will customize each facial to your client’s individual needs. You will prescribe our professional skincare products and promote an ongoing treatment plan for clients so they can receive optimum results.

Responsibilities:

• Give great client care - all estheticians have the opportunity to build and maintain a loyal client base so they\'re always booked
• Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote health and wellness benefits of facials
• Willingness to learn, understand and promote all spa services and product lines
• Maintain a professional work environment and appearance
• Dynamic and self-motivated
• Friendly personality and a positive attitude to make clients feel comfortable
• Flexibility in your schedule that suits your needs and the needs of the spa, which may include weekdays, some evenings and weekends

Qualifications:

• Esthetic diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of skincare lines and products
• Effective sales techniques and retail experience an asset
• Outstanding and discreet customer service skills
• Ability to work a balanced schedule that includes evenings/weekends
• Strong team player

We are looking for full or part time estheticians (20 to 35+ hours/week) for our locations, that are open to working some evenings, Saturdays or Sundays (aka our busiest time) and we are also hiring part time estheticians available for weekends + on call coverage.
