ERP Business Analyst

Location: Ville St. Laurent, Québec

Position Overview

The Kersheh Group is looking for an experienced and driven Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Analyst to play a key role in our digital transformation journey. This position will act as the primary bridge between our business units and technology teams, supporting the successful implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of our ERP system across finance, operations, supply chain, and retail functions.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of end-to-end business processes within an apparel environment and is skilled at translating complex business needs into practical, technology-enabled solutions that drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
ERP Implementation & Enhancement
  • Lead and support the new implementation of The Kersheh Groups ERP platform. Including selection of the ERP .
  • Partner with stakeholders across departments including Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, Sourcing , Design and IT to gather requirements, design solutions, and manage system configurations.
  • Coordinate and document testing (UAT), training, and post-implementation activities to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Identify integration needs between ERP and other business systems (e.g., warehouse management, retail platforms, EDI, CRM).
Business Process Analysis & Improvement
  • Map and analyze current workflows to identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for automation.
  • Recommend and implement best practices for data accuracy, inventory control, and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Work closely with Finance and all Operations teams to align system processes with operational and reporting requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating technical capabilities into business value.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end users, fostering adoption and continuous improvement.
Data Integrity & Reporting
  • Maintain data quality standards within the ERP environment.
  • Develop and enhance reporting dashboards to support operational visibility and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, PMP certificate or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with hands-on experience in ERP implementation or optimization.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, and retail operations.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience with system integrations, data migration, and process documentation.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with ERP systems commonly used in the apparel (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Bluecherry , Aptean , or similar).
  • Familiarity with EDI, warehouse management systems, and retail platforms.
  • Strong Excel and Power BI skills for reporting and analysis.
  • Knowledge of change management and end-user training best practices.
