What you will do

• As the Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability Manager (EHSS), you will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s EHSS systems. Key responsibilities include enhancing reporting mechanisms, ensuring accurate and timely communication of key performance indicators (KPIs), and driving alignment with corporate standards. The position will work closely with the Corporate EHSS team and site-specific leadership to promote operational excellence and elevate performance across all EHSS domains. Through collaboration, data-driven insights, and proactive engagement, this role will help foster a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and sustainable practices throughout the organization.

• This role reports directly to the London Plant Manager and oversees a team of two.

What you will bring

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental health & safety, Occupational Health, or a related field; alternatively, a recognized Environment Health and Safety Management certificate may be considered.
• Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) certification is a strong asset and preferred for candidates based in Canada.
• Progressive EHSS experience in a manufacturing plant or corporate environment, with demonstrated ability to implement safety programs and drive compliance.

Relocation available: Within Country

Pay Range: $99,200.00-$132,266.67 Annual

This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Incentive Compensation: As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
