Kitchener Executive Consultants has partnered with an established Automotive component manufacturer to find a proven Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) Supervisor. The EH&S Supervisor will be key in fostering a safety-focused culture by reviewing current practices and leading the development and implementation of standardized policies and procedures. The organization aims to enhance their EH&S programs and ensure compliance with regulations such as ISO 14001.

The ideal candidate is an experienced EH&S professional with a strong background in the Manufacturing sector, preferably within the Automotive Industry. They should thrive in a shop-floor environment and demonstrate a genuine commitment to safety culture and employee engagement. Essential skills include a solid understanding of Occupational Health and Safety Legislation, experience in conducting audits, inspections, investigations, and program development. Strong communication and leadership skills are required to support the Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC), Health and Safety Coordinators, and team members at all levels.
