We are currently seeking an entry level Instrumentation Technologist / Engineer in Training, to join our Energy and Resources Team. You will have the opportunity to join our Integrated Design team providing project design support through our entire Energy and Resources operating unit. This includes exposure to industry sectors such as Power Generation and Distribution, Oil & Gas, Mining, and the rapidly growing renewable energy sector and energy transition projects across North America. As an Instrumentation Technologist / Engineer in Training, your role is to work with direct supervision and general direction on tasks and smaller projects, and as a team member of a larger project under the guidance of a senior Technologist or Engineer.
Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation and Controls / Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
