As an Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of a variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, weddings, and community events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of various events
  • Help create event timelines and checklists
  • Support logistics, including venue selection, catering, and equipment rental
  • Assist with marketing efforts related to events, including social media promotion and email campaigns
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all aspects of the event are executed smoothly
  • Participate in site visits and venue inspections to ensure they meet event requirements
