A consultancy firm in Toronto is seeking an Entry-Level Associate Consultant. The role offers the chance to work closely with senior consultants on project planning and execution. Ideal candidates will have strong problem-solving skills, a bachelor's degree, and relevant internship experience. We are a fast‑growing organization, currently seeking an Associate Consultant to be a part of our high‑achieving, diverse, innovating team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has gained practical experience through internships or co‑op programs and/or 1 or 2 years of professional experience and is eager to launch their career in project management consulting. As an Entry‑Level Associate Consultant, you will work closely with senior consultants and project teams to support project planning, execution, and delivery, while gaining valuable hands‑on experience in a wide range of projects.
The ideal candidate has a curious mind and enjoys taking on a challenging problem, breaking it down into sections, reviewing the information, and asking the right questions. The ideal candidate must have exceptional communication and people skills and the ability to produce creative solutions, be proactive, highly organized and efficient.
This is a full‑time, in‑office, non‑remote position based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
